Everyone knows I’ve been traveling nonstop this year 🤣
As much as I love it, constant flights and busy schedules really left my skin looking tired and dull.

So on this trip back to Asia, I decided to reset my skin with skin booster injections AT THE KLINIQUE in Bangkok.

Today’s bite is a sushi omakase in Bangkok, where the focus is simply on the ingredients.
Clean, fresh fish, clear ocean flavors, and a rhythm that feels easy from start to finish.

We had OMAKASE-MATSU / 12 courses. I loved the gently sour kohada, the soft and sweet aori ika, the savory, melty chutoro,🐟 and the bafun uni—creamy, sweet, with zero fishy taste.
.
It ends with a warm clam soup and a soft castella cake,🍰 nothing heavy, just comforting and balanced. Come take a bite with me.😎

. 我特別喜歡微酸帶甜的醋漬鯡魚🐟 柔軟清甜的槍烏賊 鹹香入口即化的鮪魚中腹 還有完全沒有腥味、濃甜綿密的馬糞海膽🥰

A split hot pot with wagyu—such an irresistible combo. The very first hot pot I had after coming back from Vancouver had to be Yuán Tang Fine Hot Pot.
. 🍲 Japanese Wagyu & Seafood Set NT.1,098 ★★★★★  Just a few seconds in the pot and the wagyu is ready—the moment the fat melts is incredibly fragrant and sweet. The mala broth is mildly numbing and aromatic, not overpowering. The seafood is fresh, and I personally love the juicy burst from the oysters.
. 🍲 Spanish Iberico Pork Set NT.598 ★★★★★ The Iberico pork has a slight crisp bite, and even the tempura that comes with the set feels just right. These are the kinds of flavors you remember after the meal—such a plus.
