When I first found the brunch and dessert place on the internet, it was written by many people that it’s the best French toast in Thailand. I held the doubt and went there, soon realized why everyone had that review. It’s the kind of afternoon tea place where you can comfortably spend a whole afternoon, eating well, chatting slowly, and letting time pass… and then casually realize it turns into a bar at night.

Location & Transportation

Qulture Lounge & Café is located in Pattaya. Most people come by Grab or taxi, which is honestly the most stress-free option in Pattaya. Overall, it’s convenient enough that you don’t need to plan your whole day around it—perfect for a relaxed Thailand brunch stop.

The interior immediately sets the tone: modern, stylish, and calm, but not overly formal. During the day, it feels bright and relaxed, ideal for brunch or late lunch. As the sun goes down, the atmosphere slowly shifts, and it starts to feel more like a lounge or bar.
What We Ordered
Mimosa (Strawberry / Mango)★★★★★

We started with mimosas, because… brunch. At the first sip, you really notice the fruit sweetness—both strawberry and mango are light and refreshing. The alcohol comes in gently at the end, not overpowering at all. It’s very much a girly drink: easy to drink, fruity, and perfect for a slow afternoon.
Qulture’s Famous Stuffed French Toast★★★★★

This is the item everyone talks about—and now I understand why people call it one of the best French toast restaurants in Thailand. What I usually dislike about normal French toast is how soggy it can get. When it absorbs too much milk or sauce, it loses that original toast texture—and I’m personally not a fan of that.

But this one is totally different. The outside stays crispy and aromatic, with that toasted, buttery smell still intact. It absorbs the milky aroma without becoming wet or heavy. And the best part? The cream cheesecake filling inside. It adds another layer of texture, with rich butter and custard notes. When you cut it in half and see the filling slowly flow out from the center… honestly, it’s pure mouth-watering moment.
Real Homemade American Pancake★★★★★

This is a very traditional-style American pancake, not fancy, not overdone—but done really well. The pancakes are soft yet firm, and as you bite into them, you get that gentle sweet aroma.

The whipped cream adds smoothness, and the honey is another highlight—fragrant, warm, and a perfect match with the pancake base. It’s comforting, classic, and satisfying in a very straightforward way.
Fried Chicken (Side Order)★★★★★

Highly, highly recommended to add this when ordering pancakes. OMG—this has become one of my favorite fried chickens recently. You can smell the savory aroma right away. The outside is crispy, the inside incredibly juicy. I honestly kept wondering how they managed to lock all the chicken juice and flavor inside the coating so perfectly. There’s also a special spice aftertaste—something slightly different—that makes you want to keep eating without even realizing it.
Oxtail with Mashed Potato★★★★★

Do not skip this. Seriously. At first, I thought it was pork knuckle, and I’ll admit—I have a bit of a stereotype toward that: too chewy, too firm, hard to bite. But this is oxtail, and it completely exceeded my expectations.

It’s super tender, incredibly soft, and almost melts the moment you put it in your mouth. Paired with mashed potatoes, it becomes this rich, comforting dish where flavors come in layer after layer. It’s hearty but refined—and easily another favorite (yes, I had many favorites here).

Qulture Lounge & Café Pattaya is exactly the kind of place you go to when you want to eat really good food, and enjoy the moment. Yes, I know I have too many favorites here. It’s a luxury brunch spot during the day, a relaxed lounge and bar at night, and overall a very comfortable space to spend an afternoon in Pattaya.
