If you’re planning a trip to Thailand and looking for a comfortable Bangkok hotel that’s easy to navigate, Nishitetsu Hotel Croom Bangkok is honestly a really safe and pleasant choice. I stayed here recently, and it’s the kind of place where nothing feels overdone, but everything you need is thoughtfully in place.

Location & Transportation

The hotel’s branding is very memorable, with their signature orange logo appearing throughout the space. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its location. It’s close to the BTS, which makes getting around Bangkok incredibly convenient.

When you arrive at the hotel by car, staff will come out to help with your luggage right away, which instantly makes you feel taken care of and lets you start your stay in a relaxed mood.
Facilities

On the first floor, there’s a small but comfortable lobby area where you can sit down and take a break. There’s a small food vendor an the lobby area, and the most thoughtful thing is they also provide a ATM cash withdrawal!

Also, the first floor have an ice machine and a laundry area. One surprisingly cute detail is that they place Japanese manga there, so you can flip through comics while waiting for your clothes. It’s a small touch, but it makes the shared spaces feel more relaxed and friendly.

On the third floor, you’ll find a gym, perfect for a light workout.

They’re also clearly committed to being eco-friendly. Instead of providing plastic bottled water, each room comes with two large reusable water bottles. You can refill them at the water machines located in the hallway on every floor, which I found both sustainable and very convenient.
Standard Double Room

The standard double room is simple, clean, and very comfortable, especially for a city stay in Bangkok.

In the bathroom, all the essentials are already provided, including shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel, so you don’t need to worry about bringing extra toiletries.

One detail I really enjoyed is the pajamas provided by the hotel. They’re comfortable and well-designed, and the Thai-style pants are especially cute. It’s one of those small things that adds personality to the stay and makes the room feel more welcoming after a long day out.
Breakfast Buffet

Breakfast is served from 6:00 to 10:00 in the basement level, B1. The seating area is comfortable, making it easy to enjoy a slow morning if you have time.

The buffet offers a wide variety of choices, mixing different cuisines to suit travelers from all over the world. You’ll find fried noodles, toast, Japanese-style side dishes, and other familiar options.

You can also order freshly cooked eggs made to your preference, whether that’s an omelette with cheese, scrambled eggs, or fried eggs.

One thing I really recommend trying is the freshly cooked boat noodles. They’re warm, slightly sweet, and very comforting, which makes them perfect for starting the day in Bangkok.

Overall, this is a very comfortable Bangkok hotel that does exactly what it promises. With its convenient BTS location, thoughtful facilities, eco-friendly approach, and a cozy standard double room, it’s a great option for travelers visiting Thailand who want a smooth and stress-free stay. It’s not flashy, but it’s reliable, comfortable, and easy to enjoy—which, honestly, is sometimes exactly what you want.
